The Centre National d'Appareillage Orthopédique (CNAO) in Dakar is a specialized facility for the manufacture, adaptation and provision of orthopaedic aids for people with physical disabilities. It offers customized prostheses, orthoses and other orthopaedic devices to improve the mobility and quality of life of those affected. The center also carries out rehabilitation measures and advises patients individually.
